I have inclosed return'd you Mr Nightingales
bill on Mr Chitty, for your endorsment, which you
have forgot to do, & which I did not observe till
now; please to send it me againe by the return
of the post

large, of which you have been Several times
Wrote about, but find you take no care
to discharge the same, I therefore send you
this Notice to let you know, that except
you pay the rent due to this Hospital
in one Month, [..] from [..] this time
a Distress will be made without any
further Notice
