Our Grand Committee Takeing Notice of a Passage made use
of by the Tenants of the [..] Swan Taverne in Southwarke , and of Some
Small Tenements lyeing at the lower end of the Yard or
Garden of that House into St. Thomas's ; Wherethey are
well Satisfyed
there can be no Right of Passage unless
by Grant or Permission from them; They have Ordered
it to be Stopped up, unless you or your Relation who is
Interested in that House, will within a Week give our
Treasurer and twoanother Governors a Meeting andshow your
Title to that Passage
Agree to make a proper Acknowledgment
for the use thereof

Your father has yet paid but Ten pounds in part of the Thirty resting
in his hands for the Quitt rents reced by him for St. Thos. Hospitall
to Michas 1720: And you have not paid any thing for ye year 1721:

I must desire you would without delay compleat ye receiveing
of all the Arreares to Michas 1721: And send up the Money
with an Account of the names of the Tenants from whom
received, And if any are Unpaid Lett the names of these
Tenants with their pticular Arreares be return'd. Your
father must forthwith pay the remaining Twenty pounds. Our
Governors are not Satisfyed to lett it lye out any longer; And
will order him to be Sued if a not paid very Soon, which I hope
he'l prevent
