MIDDLESEX .

AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the FifthDay of December in
the FornethYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal
of Frederica Martha Schuman< no role > Spinster against A Conviction made on the
12th day of August last, against he: by Henry James Rye< no role > Esqr . one of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County for wearing Hair
powder, contrary to the Statute, on an Information Exhibited by John
Adams
< no role > , which stood duly adjourned until this day. Do stand further
adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for
this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said
Henry James Pye< no role > Esquire he and all persons concerned do attend the Court
at the Session house aforesaid on Thursday the Sixteenth day of January
next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide
the judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
