prosecution Peggy Atherton< no role > sign seal and asher Act and
Deed deliver the within Released and that the name
Peggy Atherton set and subscribed thereto is of the
proper hand writing of the said Peggy Atherton and
that the names Jno. Stadley and I West set and subscribed
as Witnesses thereto are of the proper hand writing of
the said West and of this Deponent Dated this 2
