Richard Marthwaite< no role > againt a Conviction of Henry
James Pye

Augustus Mauning< no role > of George Street Adelphi in the
County of Middlesex Solicitor for the Appellant Richard
< no role > maketh Oath and saith that he did on
Monday the twenty Eighth day of October instant serve
Henry James Pye< no role > Esqr . with a true Copy of the Petition and
order of the Court hereto annexed by delivering the same
to Mr. Jones one of the Clerks of the Public office in Queen
Square Westminster And this Deponent further saith that
at the same time and on the following day this Deponent
made inquiry at the said office in order to learn the residance
of the within named Thomas Attwood< no role > (who Exhibited the
Information against the said Richard Murthwaite< no role > ) that this
Deponent might also save the said Thomas Attwood< no role > with
a Copy of the said Petition and order but this Deponent could
not learn where he lived
