his said Master unable to teach him the art of a cooper on account
of hid having little or no business on the twenty second day of Mary last
went to William parrott< no role > his said uncle and informed him thereof
who on the next day sent him back said master with a letter
stating that as he found him the said William Moulden< no role > unable to
teach the petitioner his said Trade he the said William Parrott< no role >
desired he would cause the petitioner to be assigned to some other
person who could teach the petitioner the said art or to return a
proportionable part of the consideration Money received and that he the
said william parrott< no role > would get the petitioner another Master That the
petitioner delivered the said Letter to his said Master who immediatly
after reading the same told the petitioners that he had been to a
Magistrate and found that he the said William Moulden< no role > was not
obliged to keep the petitioner as he was bound for six Years only and
that he might go and be damned for he did not care what became of
him. That in Consequence of such answer the petitioner returned to
his said uncle and had ever since remained with him who had found
and provided the petitioners with every necessary since that time; whereby
the petitioner conceived himself aggreieved; and prayed to be discharged
from his said apprenticeship and that the said william moulden
might be Ordered to return the said Sum of Twenty six pounds and
five shillings or so much thereof as the court should think reasonable
Whereupon at the request of the said petitioner It is Ordered that
the benefit of his said appeal should be saved unto him and the hearing
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the
next general Quarter session of the peace to be holden for this county and
on notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the said William
moulden he and all persons concerned do attend the court at the
session house aforesaid on Thursday the Thirtyfirst day of October next
at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and where
the judgement and determination of the said court touching the said appeal
