and John Doe< no role > Greeting: We command you and every one of you that
all other business and excuses whatsoever ceasing, you appear in you proper persons before our Justices assigned to keep our Peace in the County of Middlesex , and also to hear
and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses and other Misdemeanors committed in the same County, at the Session House for the said County, on Clerkenwell Green , on
Thursday the Tenth Day of January Instant at the Hour of Nine in the Forenoon of the same day, to testify the Truth and give Evidence
on an appeal Between the parish of Saint George Southwark in the County of Surrey appellants and the parish of
saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex Respondents on behalf of the appellants
And this none of you are to omit under the Penalty of One Hundred Pounds, to be levied, Etc Witness WILLIAM MAINWARING< no role > , Esquire , at the Session House aforesaid, the
Seventh Day of January in the thirty ninth Year of our Reign.
