To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Dunstan
in the West in the City of London .

Sheweth


That by Vitue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of G. Mercer and J: Mercer Esqures two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Tenth day of November last Mary Ann
Hodges
< no role > Singlewomen was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the County of Middlesex to the Parish
of Saint Dunstan in the West in the City of London .

That Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or Order Do humbly Appeal against the same
and pray this Court that the Benefit of the said Appeal be
saved into them until the next Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County of Middlesex and that they and
all Persons concerned may then attend to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal.
