MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session- House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursdaythe FirstDay of June in the
Thirty seventhYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal of
Thomas Orton< no role > of No. 9 Phnix Street in the Parish of Christ Church in the
County of Middlesex Weaver against a Conviction of Daniel Williams< no role > Esquire
Rice Davies< no role > Esqr. and the Reverend Henry Reynett< no role > DD . three of the Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County for having in his dwelling House situate
same Which stood duly adjourned until this day Do stand further adjourned
until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on
notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the same David William< no role > , Rice
Davies
< no role > and The Reverend Henry Reynett< no role > ; they and all persons concerned do
attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the thirteenth day of
July next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
