AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex ,
at the Session-House for the said County ()
ontheDay of
in theYear of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third, by the Grace of God of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, King, Defender of the
Faith.

Scipion Charles Victor Auguste la Garde< no role > commonly call [..]
the Marquis of Chambonas being brought into Court by
The Warden of the prison of our Sovereign Lord the King
by the Fleet by virtue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus
cum Causa for that purpose to him directed and being
Fried and Convicted on an Indictment against him
for a certain Fraud, is Ordered to be Imprisoned in
his Majestys Goal of Newgate for the term of six
Months, and is by the Court here committed to his
Majesty's Gaol of Newgate accordingly Charged also
with the Several Causes in the Return to the said Writ
mentioned.
