To the Right Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting
in and for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of Peace
assembled

The Humble Penton and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles Camberwell
in the County of Surrey

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or Pass warrant
under the hands and Seals of the Barnard and R Davies Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex are whereof being of the quorum bearing date
the 30th. day of December last Martha Walker< no role > wife of
Matthew Walker< no role > who hath deserted and left her and their
four Children Martha< no role > aged above six years Margaret< no role >
aged about five years, Matthew< no role > aged about four years,
and Hannah< no role > aged about ten months were removed from
the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Giles Camberwell in the
said County of Surrey alledging the said Parish of
Saint Giles Camberwell to be the place of their last legal Settlement

That the Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved by the said Warrant or
Order of the said two Justices, do therefor
Appeal to your Worships therefrom and
humbly pray that you will be pleased to
hear them in the premises and order that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
may appear before you at a certain day to
be appointed to hear and abide the determination
of your Worships touching the Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray
Cross & Green for the Appellants
