MIDDLESEX


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex at the Session-House for the said
County, () on Monday
the Fourteenth Day of September
in the Thirty fifth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc Before William Mainwarning< no role > William
Bleamire
< no role > , John Hole< no role > , John Bond< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows; Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to hear an determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre London Have at this present Session Exhibited their petition and
Appeal setting forth That by an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of
C. T. Kerby and J. P. Andrews Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the quorum) bearing
date the 10th. day of July last past Joseph Julion< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife and Mary Ann< no role >
their Child aged near Four Years were removed and conveyed from and out of
the parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre London as the place of their legal
settlement, whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved.

Now, upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes, their Counsel and Witnesses in
and concerning the Premises, IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside;
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre London do forthwith convey and
deliver back the said Joseph Julion< no role > , Mary< no role > his wife and Mary Ann their Child
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster who are hereby required to
receive and provide for the said Joseph Julion< no role > Mary his Wife and Mary Ann their Child
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
