in this County for Monies paid by him for Necessary
delivered to the Silk Prisoners in his Custody (by order of the Apothecary)
from the 2d. day of November last to the 8th. day of April instant
amounting to the Sum of Six Pounds Eight Shillings and eight
pence
being laid before this Court for Payment, and it appearing by the Report
of the Committee appointed to examine and audit all Demands made upon this
County, previous to the Payment thereof, that Charges therein are just and
true. IT IS ORDERED that Mr. Joseph Burchell< no role >
the County Treasurer,
do pay unto the said Samuel Newport< no role >
(out of the County Rate)
the said Sum of Six Pounds Eight shillings and eight pence
