of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their General Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Marylebone in the said
County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or
Pass Warrant under the Handsand Seals of Edmund
Pepys< no role > and Samuel Foyster< no role > Esquires two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for the
said County bearing date the 9th. day of February 1795
Ann Watkins< no role > Wife of George Watkins< no role > (gone from her)
ws removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Pancras in the County of Middlesex aforesaid
to the said Parish of Saint Marylebone as the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the Said George and
Ann Watkins< no role > Whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore do appeal
of this Court against the Adjudication
of the said two Justices and their said
Order and Humbly pray that your
Worships will hear them in the Premises
touching this Appeal
