MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King, bolden for the county of
Middlesex , at the Guildball in King Street , Westminster, in the Said County on Monday in
the week next after the close of Easter to wit the Thirteenth Day of April in the Thirty fifth Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Greate Britain, Etc. Before William

Mainwaring,< no role > William Bleamire< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , Hammond Crosse< no role >

Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our Said Lord the King, Assigned to keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid ; and also to bear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours
committed in the Same county.That Session of the peace is adjourned, by the aforesaid Justices of
our said Lord the King abovenamed and other Fellows aforesaid, here until Tuesday
the Fourteenth day of the Same Month of April at the hour of ten in the Forenoon
of the Same Day, to be holden at the Session House upon Clerkenwell Green , in and for the Said County,
and that at the Same Session of the Peace being by Ajournment aforesaid, at the Session House
aforesaid, in and for the Said County, on the Said Tuesday the Fourteenth Day of
April in the Year aforesaid, before the Said Justices of our Said Lord the King
abovenamed, and others Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace is adjourned by the afore-
said Justices of our Said Lord the King above named, and others their fellows aforesaid, here until
Wednesday the Fifteenth Day of the Same Month of April at the Hour and
Place last abovesaid , and that at the Same Session of the Peace, being holden by Adjournment afore-
Said, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the Said County, on the Said Wednesday the
Fifteenth Day April in the Year aforesaid, before the Said Justices of our
Said Lord the King abovenamed, and other Fellows aforesaid. That Session of the Peace
is adjourned by the aforesaid here Justices of our Said Lord the King abovenamed, and others
their Fellows aforesaid here until Thursday the Sixteenth Day of the Same Month
of April at the Hour and Place Left abovesaid. And that at the Same Session of the Peace
being holden by Adjournment aforesaid, at the Session House aforesaid, in and for the Said County, on
the Said Thursday the Sixteenth Day of April in the Year aforesaid, before
the Said Justices of our Said Lord the King abovenamed, and others their Fellows aforesaid.

Whereas John Murray< no role > of Eastsmithfield Pawn brother Hath at this Present Session
Exhibited hie Petition and appeal setting forth That He was on or about the Fourth day of
March Last Convicted in the Penalty of Five Pounds by The Reverend Henry Reynett< no role > one of his
the Justices of the Peace in and for the said county upon Information charging that the
petitioner did on the twenty eighth day of February Last take and receive of one Solomon Aaron< no role > [..]
money by way profit upon a certain Pawn or Pledge than by the Statute allowed, contrary to
the Statute Etc whereby the petitioner conceived Himself aggrieved Now upon hearing the [..]
and concerning the premises It is Ordered that the Said conviction be and the same is
hereby quashed.
