To the Overseers of the Poor of the Old Artillery
Ground , in the Liberty of his Majesty's Tower
of London , and to the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish Saint
Botolph Bishopsgate in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the Liberty aforesaid, (one
whereof being of the Quorum) by the Overseers of
the Poor of the said Old Artillery Ground , That
Elizabeth Mackglashan< no role > Singlewoman hath
lately intruded, and came into the
said Old Artillery Ground , and is be-
come Chargeable to the same: We the said Justices
upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and
other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to the
true, and do also adjudge that the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Mackglashan< no role >
is in the said Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
in the City of London

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name,
to require you, the said Overseers of the Poor
of the said Old Artillery Ground , on sight hereof,
to remove and convey the said Elizabeth Mackglashan< no role >
from and out of your said Old Artillery Ground ,
to the said Parish of Saint Botolph Bishopsgate
in the City of London
and her to deliver unto the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
hereof, who are hereby required to receive and pro-
vide for her according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals this Second Day of
July One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Ninety four
