To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex in
their present General Quarter Session of the peace for the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of that part of the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which lies above the bars in the
said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of N. Conant
and Philip Neve< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighth day of July
Instant Ann Clubb< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from and out of
the parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County to the said part of
the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Order
of the said Two Justices appeal to your Worships against the same
and humbly request that the benefit of their said Appeal may be
saved unto them until the next General Session of the peace to be
holden for the said County and that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the fields may then be
ordered to attend to abide the Judgment and determination of the
Court touching the said Appeal
