Middlesex in their present General Quarter Session of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of that
part of the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which his above the bars in the said
County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of George Mercer< no role > Junr . and I Mercer Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty fourth day of June last Mary Ann< no role > aged Eight
Years the illegitimate Child of Elizabeth Randall< no role > Singlewoman was removed and
conveyed with the said Elizabeth Randall< no role > (for Nurture) from and out of
the parish of Saint Mary le Bone in the said County of Middlesex to the
said part of the said parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the place of
Her last legal Settlement

Your petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Order of the said two Justices appeal to your Worships
against the same and pray that you will be pleased to appoint
some day in this present Sessions for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that you will Order the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint Mary le bone
to appear before you to abide the Judgment and determination of
your Worships touching the said Appeal
