Your petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
said Order of the said two Justices appeal to your Worships
against the same and pray that you will be pleased to appoint
some day in this present Sessions for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal and that you will Order the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint Mary le bone
to appear before you to abide the Judgment and determination of
your Worships touching the said Appeal
