Take Notice that I the abovenamed Defendant will personally be and
appear at the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held
adjournment at the Session House in Clerkenwell on Tuesday the twenty
Ninth day of April instant at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the
same day and then there Istead not Guilty and try and Traverse to
the Indictment by you preferred against me for an Assault Dated the
Twenty first day of April 1724
