under the Hands & Seals of Sir William Gibbons< no role > Baronet and
Richard Tayler< no role > Esquire Two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex bearing date the 28th, day
of November 1791 removed & Conveyed from & out of the said Parish
of Hampton to the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields as
the place of her last legal Settment

Case
In the year 1753 James Duffell< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife came to reside
in the Parish of Hampton under & by virtue of a Certificate bearing
date the 10th.. day of August 1755 granted by the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Thackham in the County of
Sussex & which Certificate was duly allowed of & Signed by Two
Magistrates for the said County of Sussex .

The Certificate acknowledged James Duffell< no role > & Mary< no role >
his Wife to be Inhabitants legally settled in the said Parish of
Thackham

After the granting the Certificate the said Mary
Duffell< no role > died & the said James Duffell< no role > married a second wife
named
