YOU were bound to appear and prosecute William Boyd< no role >
at July
Session last at the Session-House for the said Count, but
not appearing, your Recognizane is become forfeited;
and will be estreated into the Court of Exchequer, from
whence Execution will proceed for the levying £20.
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels unless care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Session-Hose afore-
said on MONDAY the Twenty-fifth Day of October instant

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you,
or come to my Office for advice.} vij
