15th Granted Supersedeas's to be returned after
they had answered the purpose of Protecting
them from the Warrants issued out against
them of they would take out Cross Warrants against
the same parties

16th Hath frequently threatened to kick persons
out of his Office or send them to Newgate when
they have requested him to sign a Pawnbrokers
Duplicate without paying him 1s for so doing &
hath taken 1s for doing it.

17th That he can prove that Mr. Walch did not
pay any Money in Mr. Blackboroughs Office but did
pay it to Mr. Hatfield who lives at Islington &
this Pish for Summns. granted by him for Kipling

18th That he Bailed Hunter a Constable
in the Prison and discharged him without
Fees

19th That he keeps a Person whom he calls
a Clerk who walks up and down before his
Door takes them into Mr. Triquets Office there
get's a Shilling for the Warrant and frequently
makes them wait 4 or 5 Hours before the Warrt.
is delivered to them

20th Hath detained Persons & Warrants in
his Office and would not deliver the Warrant altho
paid for became his Officer was not to serve them
