7th A Journeyman Baker obtained of Mr. Triquet
a Summons for Mrs. Miller his Mistress for Wages
Six Shillings and upwards said to be due unto him
Made an Order for her to pay the Money and
Expences issued out a Warrant of Distress for the
Wages and Expences and would have taken an
Eight day Clock out of her House if not presented
by Wm. Blackborough< no role > Hath in his Hands 2
which Mr. Miller paid to him to pay the Mar
his Wages which was not paid unto him last
Wednesday

8th Hath discharged Prisoners Frequently with
fees and hath done so since the Committee first
set.

9th. Hath granted Supersedeas to Three Persons for
five Offences and hath not returned the Recognizance
of either

10th Hath encouraged the Officers to oppress and
distress Mr. Blackborough Tenant's and their
Lodgers by laying Information against them and
imprisoning them unlawfully and taking them
out of their Rooms and Alehouse before 9 o Clock
at Night.
