Samuel Kinsey< no role > of Furnivals Inn London Gentleman
maketh Oath and saith that he was present with George
Lettin
< no role > of Eyre Street near Cold Bath Fields in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman and did see John Legg< no role > the Presecutor
above named sign seal and as and for his Act and Deed in
due from of Law deliver the Instrument or General Release
on the foregoing side hereof, And that Thomas Jones< no role >
therein named is, and doth mean the Deft above named
And Deponent saith that the Name John Legg< no role > subscribed
to the Seal affixed to the said Release is the Hand
Writing of John Legg< no role > the above named Prosecutor
And that the Names George Lettin< no role > and Sam Kinsey< no role >
subscribed as Witnesses to the Execution thereof are
