Middlesex


These are to Certify that At the Delivery of the Kings
Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex at Justices
Hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of London
on Wednesday the Twelfth day of September in the Twenty
seventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third king of Great Britain at Before Thomas Sainsbury< no role >
Esquire Mayor of the City of London James Adair< no role > one of
His Majestys Serjeants at Law Recorder of the said City
and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the
King assigned to Deliver the said Gaol of Newgate of the
Prisoners therein being Judith < no role > the wife of Asher
Cowen
< no role > was in due form of Law tried and Aquitted for
feloniously stealing on the second day of August in the
Twenty Seventh year aforesaid at the Parish of Saint Mary
Matfollen otherwise Whitechapel in the said County of
Middlesex three Pint Pewter Polls of the Value of two Shillings
the property of William Moody< no role > and was thereupon discharged
