duly Sign Seal and as his
Act and Deed deliver the Paper Writing hereunto annexed
purporting to be a General Release from him the said James

therein named And this
Deponent saith that the name James Maxfield< no role >
set opposite
to the Seal of the said General Release is the Proper hand

and that the Narnes
