Resolved then the Clerk do procut
a Copy of the Commission of the Peace for the
Tower Liberty

Resolved tha the Clek of the peace
be denied to search the Record of this County
to seahishe the Liberty of the Towne was
Usually assessed before the County ast of
the 12 Geo 2d.

Resolved that the further Consideration
of this matter be portponed
