Resolved That Mr Leroux do make a plan
and Estimate of the Alterations and Improvements
to the made round the Sessn. House Etc the Building
and that he lay the same before this Committee
previous to there being advertised

Resolved that this Commee he adjoined to Monday
next to receive Mr. Leroux plan & Estimate and also the Answer of the Commrs. for
paving St John Clerkenwall [..]
The sd. Commee from the Commrs. not being able
to give any Answer to the proposed Alterations
with having consulted their Body at large
