That it appears to the said Scrutineers that the said Joseph
Carter< no role > is elected Surveyor under the said Act

Which said Report be [..] Whereupon A Motion was made that
the said Joseph Carter< no role > is duly elected Surveyor or Supervisor for the
Parishes of St John and Saint James Clerkenwell to see the Rules
and Regulation contained in the said Act of Parliament for
regulating Buildings Etc well and truly be served during the will
and pleasure of the Court pursuant to the said Act which being
agreed to [..]

Resolved that Mr Joseph Carter< no role > is duly Elected Surveyor
Carter duly Elect [..] andthe said Joseph Carter< no role > [..]
took the Oath directed by the said Act for the true and impartial
Execution of the sd Officeto which the said so appointed

It is Ordered that the balletting Lists be declared and
the same were immediately conveyed [..] accordingly

It is Ordered that in thanks of this Court be returned to
the Scrutineers for their trouble on this occasion and the same are
hereby given to them accordingly
