1 That the Males, in all instances be Seperated from the Females

2 That the first Class contain Felons an do this Atroncons
Offenders convicted; and that there be accomodations for
about 30 Mens and 30 Women,

3 That such as shall be convicted of lesser Offences in, or
out of Sessions, be kept seperate from convicted Felons, or other
atrociras Offenders under the title of the second class,
and that the numbers be about 45 Men, and 35 Women,

4 That all who are charged with Felony, and are committed
for Tryal, and such is an Evidences for the Crown be kept
seperate from other Offenders, be the third Class, and that
the numbers be about 28 Men, and 15 Women,

5 That all Prisoners not included in the above Classes,
be consider'd as the fourth class, and that there be
accomodations for about 100 Men, and seventy five
Women; and that apprentices he kept seperate.

6 That [..] Provision be made for
about 350 Prisoners in the whole, and that Each Prisoner
of the three first Classes be in the night lodged seperately,
or the greater part thereof, and kept in the day as distinct
ly, as the nature of their several Employments will admit

7 That a Place appropriated solely for religious Worship
be a part of the Plans.

8. That there be seperate Infirmanes for ten Men, and
ten Women, divided into not less than three Apartments Each

9 It appearing upon Enquiry that the Bases of the Prisoners
Labour will probably be Hemp, therefore, suitable provisions
ought to be made for Cordage, the picking of Oakum Etc, and the
Conduct of other parts of that labout, as also such other Employ-
ment as may from time to time be adopted by the Court.

10 That the House of the Governor be situated, so as to
Command the Entrance, and be within the Prison.

11 That the Lodges of the Turnkey's be so situated, as to
give the necessary access to the different parts of the Prison,
and to observe the conduct of the Prisoners.

12 That the whole be so Enclosed, as to add the greatest
possible security to Every part of the Prison
