holden for the City of London at Justice hall in the Old Bailey on Wednesday the

was and stands Indicted for unlawfully knowingly and
designedly obtaining Goods value Nine pounds the property
of Louis Jouenne< no role > by false pretences against the form of
the Statute

To which Indictment the said William
hath not as yet appeared or pleaded. Dated the 26th.day of
