Mr. Benson informed the Court that Since the last Session Mr.
Durden one of his Sureties was dead & that Sr. Esdaile her [..]
Surety was willing to under take the whole which the Court
approved off and ordered a Bond to be prepared Etc [..] accordly.

Mr. Leroux Reported that the Repairs at the Guard House
will amount to £40. a Ordered that the Commee be Empowered
to draw upon the Treasurer of this County for £40.
