To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in General Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall in
the said County Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the
Liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of
Sir James Esdaile< no role > Knight and William Blackborow< no role > Esquire two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the twenty eighth
Day of November last Elizabeth Harper< no role > Singlewoman was
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint Luke in the said
County to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the place of her
last Legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices

the hearing and determining the said Appeal and [..]
Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke and all persons
concerned do then Attend this Court.
