Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at
their General Session of the
Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition of
the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Augustin vulgarly Saint
Austin in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex , one whereof being of the Quorum,
bearing date the seventeenth day of July last
past, Amelia Dean< no role > , otherwise Caffaty< no role > (with
her two illegitimate Children, for Nurture namely Mary< no role > aged
[..]
eight months) was removed for [..]
of Saint Clement Danes in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Augustin
vulgarly Saint Austin , as the place of her last
legal Settlement, whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly beg lease to appeal to this
Honorable Court against the same
And pray that a Day may be
appointed for hearing and Determining
the said Appeal, and to make such
Order therein as shall be just.

And your Petitioners shall over pray Etc.
