Brown against Saint Pancras

James's Walk Clerkenwell in the said County Gentleman
the Attorney for Richard Brown< no role > maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponent having inquired after
one Thomas Breese< no role > who is a material Evidence
for the said Richard Brown< no role > in this Cause and all
thathe can learn [..] that thehe did attend to serve the said said Thomas
< no role > with a Subpoena when he was informed he was gone unto Norfolk about Business
and cannor be able to attend before next
Sessions as he was informed by the said Thomas
< no role > 's Wife and which this Deponent
believes to be true
