the business of the Meeting by stating that he had received a Letter from
Lord Stormont one of His Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State requiring
his Grace forthwith to appoint a Meeting of the Civil Magestrates of the
County of MIddlesex
and City and Liberty of Westmister
to consult
on the most proper means to prevent any Riot or disturbance on
Monday next and to secure free access to Parliament, and that he had
