Who being upon Oath say and first the said Elizabeth
Bellas for herself saith that she keeps a Jeweller's Shop in Pall Mall
, that
a person nors present who calls himself Kenneth William Williams [..] Mc.
Kenzie< no role >
came into this Informants Shop [..] the 26th.. day of April last and
purchased a Pair of Ear Rings, that a Diamond Studd was feloniously
Stolen from this Informants Shop, during the Time the said Mc. Kenzie
was therein, and that she is very sure the said Mc. Kenzie is the
person that did Steal the same; for that no person except himself
had been in the said Shop from the time the said Mc. Kenzie came
in, to the Time of his going out, Saith that she believes that
the said Diamond Studd was in the Shop when said Mc. Kenzie
came in, and she missed it Immediately after he was gone; and the said

for themselves say that they are
very Positive they saw the Diamond Studd abovementioned in the said
Elizabeth Bellas's Shop on the 26th. day of April last and the said

further saith that he saw said Mc. Kenzie in the
said Mrs. Bellas's Shop on the 26th. of April aforesaid
