Maketh Oath That that he this Dept. some Time
ago and since the Conviction Made diligent Inquiry after Joseph Hallett< no role > the
Informer in such Conviction Named [..] in Brook Street
in the said Conviction Mentioned but Could not find him
out And Saith that he the Day before yesterday
Inquired of the said John Spinnage< no role > after the said
Joseph who Informed this Dept. he knew nothing
of him nor where he lived or to be found And
this Dept. Saith it is whelly out of his Power to
find the said Joseph Hallett< no role > or Serve himwith
will any Order of this Court And further Saith the
Should have preferred his Appeal Sooner but that
the said Conviction was not returned till yesterday
and it was in the afternoon before he Could get a
Sight thereof
