Whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke
in the County of Middlesex
Did at the last General Session of the Peace Exhibit their
Petition and Appeal Setting forth That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the

of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum)

and her

Aged four
Years and upwards and Thomas < no role >
Aged Nine months and upwards (for Nurture) were
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the County of
Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Luke
as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Eleanor Morris< no role >
Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves Aggrieved
Now upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been Alledged on either Side
by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers their Councel and Witnesses in and
concerning the Premisses It is Ordered that the said Pass Warrant or Order
of the said two Justices be (by and with the Consent ofallboth parties) Ratified &
Confirmed and the same is hereby Ratified and confirmed accordingly And it is
further Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
Do maintain and Provide for the said
Eleanor Morris< no role >
and her three Bastard Children John, Joseph and Thomas until
they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course of Law
