RECEIVE into your Custody the Body of
Charles Green< no role > Labourer

herewith sent you, brought before Mr. Thomas Fellows< no role > Esq one of
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for thesaid County
of Middlesex by Richard Healey< no role >
and chargedbefore the said Justice upon the
upon the Oath of Richard Henley< no role > for Defranding him of of the Sum of
three Pounds three Shillings by playing at the lawfull Games Vizt Catin [..]
false cards and Also for Feloniously to King Away from him one piece of
Gold Coin Called in half Guinea and Another Piece of Gold Coin Called
a Six Shilling and Nine Pence peace his property Against the Statute a
Him therefore safely keep in your said Custody

until he shall be discharged by due Course of Law, and for so doing this
shall be your Warrant. GIVEN under my Hand and Seal this 31
Day of July 1772
