For a Misdemeanour

Soloman Isaac of Gravel Lane in the Parish of Saint
Botolph Aldgate in the City of London Cloaths man; the
Defendant above names maketh Oath That he always
Intended to submit himself to this Hounourable Court to take
his Tryal for the Offence with which he is Charges and would
have so done, if their Honourable the Court of Session will
Please to Admitt him to be heard but finds that he as mistaken
by not Knowing the Rules of this Honourable and Worshipfull
Court, and that there by (not giving Notice in Time) he cannot,
at this Session be heard, although he is uaslly desireous
to Submitt himself to the Decission and determination of,
the Worshipfull his Majesties Bench of Justices here
Assembled and Intends to give due Notice to the Prosecution
and to Try his Traverse at the next Session at his Majesties
Peace here to be held
