Thomas Ward< no role > and Joseph Ford< no role > for an
assault.

William Higgins< no role > of Strutton Ground Westminster
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Sollicitor for the
Prosecutors in this Cause maketh Oath and Saith that he
this Deponent see the within named Thomas Ward< no role > , and
Joseph Ford< no role > duly Sign Seal and Deliver as and for their
Two several Acts and Deeds the within mentioned Deed
or Release to the said John Maxworthy< no role > for the Considerations
therein mentioned and Saith that the Two several Names
on Marks thereunto Subscribed is of the proper hands
Writing of them the said Thomas Ward< no role > and Joseph Ford< no role > .
