The Company have since avoided appearing and Pleading
pretending from time to time that they should remove
the Indictment and therefore desired that further
proceedings therein night be stayed untill the Removal
but they have not as heitherto taken any Steps
towards such removal a pleaded to the Indictment
and the Street in Question was [..]
in a most Ruinous Condition

Therefore as the Company will do a thing
without Compulsion Please to one for a
Distingas whereupon the Sheriff may return
Larger Issues and it is hoped the Court
will direct very Laye Issues as the only means
of bringing this Matter to an Issue
