and to the Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish, Place or Precinct of Hanwell
in the County of Middx
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS Sarah Barrett was
apprehended in the Parish of St. George Hanr. Square
as a Rogue and Vagabond, (videlicet) There found
wandering and laying in the Sheets in the
said Parish
and upon Examination of the said Sarah Barrett< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that The place
of the last legal Seulemens of she said Sarah
Barrett< no role > is in the Parish of Hanwell in the
County of Middlesex

These are therefore to require you the said Constable and other
Officer to convey the said Sarah Barrett< no role >
in the next direct Way to the said Parish
of Hanwell and there to deliver her to some Church-
Warden, Chapel-Wardens, or Overseer of the Poor of the same
Parish to be provided for according to Law. And you the said
Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden,and Overseer of the Poor are
hereby required the said Sarah [..]
and provide for her as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal
