Middlesex to wit


The Information of Richard Lane< no role > , of
Bird Street, in the Parish of St. Mary le
Bone , in the Said County Glaver , and of
Lawrence abel< no role > , one of the Nightly-
Watch of St. Mary le Bone , aforesaid,
taken before me this 14th. Day of March
1767.

Who being upon Oath Severally Say, and first
Richard Lane< no role > for Himself Saith that hid Stall in-
which he usually Works at his Ordinary Trade &
Calling, adjoining to the dwelling House of Joshua
First
< no role > , Victualler , situate at the Corner of Holles
Street, in Oxford Road was Feloniously broke open
and entered in the Night of Yesterday, and thereout
feloniously Stolen taken & carried away one Copper
Ten Hattle, one Mahogany Waiter, one Brass Lamp,
one Pair of Street Seven pair of Gloves, three pair of
Mussatees, and other things now Produced; and this
Informant farther Saith that he hath just cause to Suspect
and doth Suspect that a men now Present who calls
himself William Rich< no role > to be the Person who did feloniously
break open and enter his Said Stall, and Feloniously did-
Steal, take and carry thereout the Said Copper Sea Kettle
and the rest of the Goods as aforesaid his Property and
the Said Lawrence Abel< no role > for himself saith that he Stopped
in the Parish of St. Mary le Bone with Said Goods in the
Passession of him the Said William Rich< no role >
