Who being upon Oath says that on Sunday Night last he [..]
went into the house known by the Same of the Pine Apple in
Castle Street in Company with a Person now present who
calls herself Mary Wells< no role > , that he Pulled out his Gold Watch
now produced and put it upon a Table and that the said Mary
Wells< no role > as he verily believes feloniously took and carried away
the same it being since found by her Cofessing the fact
