of the Peace held for the said County of Middlesex
in the Month of April last
Exhibit her Petition settingforth that the Petitioners Husband had turned her out of
Doors and refusing to make any Provision for her Maintenance and she being in
Great Distress was obliged to Apply to the Officers of the Parish of St. James
Westmr. where
she then was who caused her to be removed by an Order of Two Justices to the Parish
of St. George

the place of her Settlement where her said Husband
kept a House and followed the Trade of a Butcher
and is a Person of sufficient ability
at his own charge to Relieve and maintain the Petitioner but refused so to do And
Praying relief in the Premisses in regard that she being of a bad state of Health
and in capable of Working for a livelyhood Which said Petition was duly Adjourned
unto this day Now upon hearing of Council on the part of the said John Wand and-

the Petitioner not Appearing and no one on her behalf It is
Ordered that the said Petition be and the same is hereby Dismissed accordingly
