Whereas Sarah Kemp< no role > of Bunhill Row of the Parish of
Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex Widow &. Administratrix Etc
of Josiah Kemplate< no role > of the Same [..] Peruke maker deced Complaineth to us
Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
that Henry Rose< no role > her Apprentice who become bound to the said
Josiah Kemp< no role > her late Husband by Indenture dated the
Seventeenth day of October One thousand Seven hundred and
Fifty eight to serve him from the date of the date until the
full end and Term of Eight years hath deserted & absented
himself from her Service and is become idle
and disobedient and refuseth to Serve her
And we having caused the said Apprentice
to be brought before us to answer the Premes
And heard what hath been alledged on either
Side and the said Sarah Kemp< no role > declaring
that she hath no expectation that the said
Apprentice will perform his Service with
her and that therefore she consents to his
being discharged We Do hereby
Discharge the said Henry Rose< no role > from
all further Service under the said
Indenture of Apprenticeship In
Testimony Whereof we do here unto
set our Hands & Seals the Wth Day of
March 1766.
