that (not omitting by reason of any Libty in the sd. County) you or some of you take the said Cy &

Gaol of Newgate being the Comon Gaol of one sd County [..]
and there deliver them to our said Sheriff on the
Gaoler or Keeper of the same Gaol to yt with this
precept [..] And further we comand
you our said Sheriff & Gaoler or Keeper afd. that you
on one of you [..] Receive the sd Me JP. into your Custody
in the Gaol afd. our Gaol aforesdfor the Cause above specified
And there safely keep them untill they or one
of then shall have paid and yeilded up the said Sum
accord to the found & effect of the sd. Order and
