Place for the said County of Middlesex
whom these may concern.

THESE are, in His Majesty's Name, to command
you forthwith, upon Sight hereof to summon
S Enoch Stevens< no role > of Islington Road in
the Parish of St. James Clerkenwell Shoemaker
(of whom you shall have Notice) personally to be, and
appear beforeme, one us two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County and othersour Fellows
Justices at Hicks Hall in St. John Street tomorrow
being the thirteenth Day of June by eleventhof
the Clock in the forenoon to answer the Complaint
of Andrew Poulter his Apprentice for neglecting
to teach or instruct him in his Art or Mystery and
also for neglecting to find & provide him with Meat Drink & Lodging
whereof Oath hath been made before us
Hereof fail not. Given under our Hand s and Seals this
Twelfth, Day of June in the
Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Sixty four.
